About EnsmblOS
One operating system for the modern store
We replace the tangle of disconnected kiosks, billing machines, kitchen screens and loyalty apps with a single real-time platform. Built for restaurants and retail, from single sites to chains, live in India today and rolling out to the UK, UAE and Germany.
Walk into most stores and you'll find a billing machine from one vendor, a kiosk from another, a kitchen screen that doesn't talk to either, and a loyalty program living in a spreadsheet. Menus drift, prices fall out of sync, and the internet dropping means the queue stops moving.
We built EnsmblOS because every screen in a store should run on the same brain. Self-checkout, point of sale, kitchen display, digital menu boards, electronic price tags and a customer loyalty wallet: one real-time core, one dashboard, one source of truth.
It's engineered for real-world conditions: flexible payments, tax-ready billing, offline resilience for patchy connectivity, and privacy compliance with security built in.
EnsmblOS is live in India today. We're expanding to the UK, UAE and Germany next, with Stripe and Dojo for card and international payments, in-country database hosting, and compliance tuned to each market.
What we believe
The principles behind the platform
Built for real store operations
Flexible payments, tax-ready billing, privacy compliance and offline resilience, engineered around how stores actually run, not retrofitted from a generic template.
One core, not silos
Kiosk, POS, kitchen display, menu boards, price tags and loyalty all share one real-time backbone and one dashboard, so your menu, prices and reports are never out of sync.
Offline-first
Stores keep selling when the internet drops. Orders, payments and tickets queue locally and reconcile automatically the moment connectivity returns.
Privacy by default
Customer PII is encrypted at the database layer, with consent records, data export and deletion built in. Privacy is the default, not an upsell.
