Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the EnsmblOS platform and this website. By using either, you agree to them. Your formal subscription is governed by a separate Master Subscription Agreement that takes precedence.

Monthly subscriptions are billed in INR in advance and renew month-to-month. Annual subscriptions renew annually. All fees exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except in the first 30 days, when a pro-rata refund is available.

Do not use EnsmblOS for unlawful activity or to process payments that violate NPCI / RBI rules. We may suspend access for material breaches after written notice.

You own your data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. We target 99.9% uptime; specific SLAs are in your Master Subscription Agreement.

To the extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
